COA and Quality Assurance
A Certificate of Analysis is available for every lot, issued per lot and linked to the specific batch received. Each COA documents peptide identity by HPLC and/or mass spectrometry and quantitative purity. Where applicable, reports may include additional quality parameters. COAs are matched to the exact lot shipped and held on the Lab Tests page for transparency and traceability. Spark Peptides works with Janoshik and other established analytical laboratories.Handling and Storage
Store the lyophilized peptide at -20°C, protected from light and moisture, and keep the vial tightly sealed until reconstitution. Reconstitute using bacteriostatic water or another laboratory grade solvent appropriate for the intended research application. Swirl gently to dissolve; avoid vigorous shaking. After reconstitution, aliquot if appropriate to minimize repeated freeze thaw cycles. For short term storage, keep the reconstituted solution at 2°C to 8°C. For longer term storage, store at -20°C or below, in accordance with institutional protocols. Follow applicable institutional biosafety and laboratory chemical handling requirements.Legal and Regulatory Disclaimer
