Always quality-tested, verified with third party COA’s

At every step, we prioritize quality by conducting rigorous third-party testing on all our products. These tests focus on five key characteristics- identity, purity, sterility, and endotoxin levels, and heavy metal content-ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of quality with independent third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAS) to verify our commitment to excellence.

Identity Test

Identity testing ensures that the product contains the correct ingredient as labeled, verifying its authenticity and matching it to established reference standards.

Purity Test

Purity and concentration testing verifies that the ingredient is present in the correct amount, with a purity of 99% or higher to meet stringent quality standards.

Sterility Test

Sterility testing ensures that the product is completely free from bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms.

Endotoxin Test

Endotoxicity testing specifically detects and quantifies lipopolysaccharides (LPS), components of bacterial cell walls, to ensure the product is free from endotoxins.

Heavy Metals Test

Heavy metals testing ensures that the product is free of heavy metals such as lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium, and other heavy metals.

COA and Quality Assurance

Spark Peptide provides a Certificate of Analysis for every TB-500 lot. Each COA documents peptide identity by HPLC and/or mass spectrometry, verified purity, and, where applicable, sterility and endotoxin testing. Additional data may include heavy-metal screening and lot-specific storage conditions. All testing is performed by independent third-party laboratories, usually Janoshik, with results on the Lab Tests page.

Handling and Storage

Store lyophilized TB-500 at -4°F to -112°F (-20°C to -80°C) in a dry environment, protected from light and moisture. Keep the vial tightly sealed until required for laboratory research. If preparation of a working solution is necessary, use an appropriate sterile reconstitution solution or compatible laboratory buffer in accordance with validated laboratory procedures. Depending on the study requirements, prepared solutions may be maintained under refrigerated conditions at 36-46°F (2-8°C) for routine laboratory use or frozen for longer-term preservation. Where appropriate, aliquoting may be used to help maintain sample integrity by reducing repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Always follow institutional biosafety, laboratory handling, and disposal requirements.

Legal and Regulatory Disclaimer

Spark Peptide sells TB-500 strictly for laboratory research use only. It is not approved for human or veterinary use and is not intended for clinical administration, therapeutic intervention, or diagnostic procedures of any kind. Its safety and efficacy in humans have not been established. The purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and institutional biosafety or research-use policies.
